Remove pylearn2

Pylearn2 is in the machine learning category. This is a neaural net library that has basically been deprecated and replaced by Kerals and lasagne more directly. At the very least pylearn two should be moved to the neural net category. As someone who uses neural nets on the job I'd say this should not be a recommendation.
