More work on the sidenotes

• Convert more inline advices (compatibility, dependencies, ...) to sidenotes
• Add sidenotes for:
  • Note on plugin dependencies in general
  • Required padding for navbar-fixed- (incl. code snippet)
• Fixed text for the small tag
