I have added split buttons like these

I'm not to sure about the color of the "arrow" button when pressed. They match the pressed color of the dropdown buttons. I have previously asked @markdotto about this color.

I think that the color of the pressed dropdown/split buttons should be the same as the color of the regular pressed buttons.
