This patch does not account for avoiding the disabling of form controls under a fieldset's legend; see issue comments for details. Arguably, putting form controls there is pretty strange anyway, so it would not be too unreasonable to just declare that Bootstrap doesn't/won't support such weirdness.
Alternately, suggestions as to how to fix this aspect of the patch would be most welcome.
