I've tried to quarantine all my changes to test out a responsive version of Bootstrap to the css and responsive directory and the examples/responsive.html file. It's all very experimental and more of a first kick at a responsive layout using an alternate grid system, but it might be an interesting alternative approach to the 2.0-wip branch.
