Update karma-browserstack-launcher to v1.6.0

Closed XhmikosR requested to merge main-xmr-karma-browserstack into main

This seems to fix the issues with BrowserStack builds timing out. Not sure about the other issue which we have when we push too fast on many branches. The issue is fixed on BrowserStack it seems so this PR doesn't change that.
