Added glyphicon halflings color sets. I included a solid version and lighter version of the .png files for hover states.
Colors include:
-- Blue -- Green -- Magenta -- Orange -- Red -- Violet -- Yellow
Updated css files to include new colors such as:
.icon-red{background-image:url(...)} .icon-red:hover{background-image:url(...)}
