This allows a Dropdown to be kept open when clicking within the .dropdown-menu area. This is useful for Dropdowns that contain form fields--similar to the Google+ Share, Add to Circles, etc dropdown forms.
I'm happy to do any style clean-up or adjustments as needed/recommended.
