input-small on select element does not size properly to match rest of the inputs (3.0.0-wip)

I'm not sure what the correct fix is for this but setting the select height to 32px seams to work. Here's a example showing the issue, I've verified the issue on the latest versions of Firebox, Chrome, and IE on windows 7.
