Form floating labels appear centered under a .text-center

Describe the issue
With 5.2.0beta, a floating label always appears left-aligned in the input box, even if there is .text-center in the parent element. With 5.2.0, it inherits .text-center from the parent element. The old behavior seems more proper to me.

The labels "email address" and "password" should be left aligned. Or, if this is intended behavior, they should remain centered when floated.
