dropdown gets lost behind accordion

With 2.0.3, a dropdown in an accordion opens "inside" the accordion: http://jsfiddle.net/KGBUS/

It appears this may have worked with 2.0.2 (using the bootstrap that came w/ jsfiddle): http://jsfiddle.net/8x6aE/
