docs: show a form in navbar dropdown example

One thing missing from the navbar docs, is an example on a properly formatted form inside a dropdown. I feel this should be essential, as many people use them.

Just sticking a form inside it looks pretty bad (things don't line up), so some examples on how to do it properly would be ideal.
