help-block top margin for checkbox form fields not the same as other fields

The help-block top margin doesn't space the help-block content for checkbox fields like it does other field types.

This example uses a button in the help-block, but the result is the same if using text.

Should we be doing this a different way? We would like to be able to have a label on the left of the checkbox like all of the other fields and also have help-block text below checkboxes.
