Docs don't mention the validation classes have changed

The "success", "error", and "warning" classes for form validation have been replaced with "has-success", "has-error", and "has-warning" (with "info" apparently being removed altogether). This should be mentioned in the "Migrating from 2.x to 3.0" section of "Getting Started".
