Bootstrap: Navs justified is not working correctly

Open sample with justified nav.
- Make browser screen smaller to get all links in different rows rows
- Maximize screen again - nav will be in 2 lines
The same happen when turn tablet screen from Portrait to Landscape. Tested on Google Nexus 7''
