This PR is the foundation and requisite for some future CSS architecture improvements I hope to make.
- Removes a lot of unused styles and Sass
- Moves a few Sass partials around to make a more clear structure in the
stylesheetsdirectory - Removes a few Bourbon and Neat features that weren't providing much value, if at all
My suggestion for review is to go through it commit-by-commit; it makes it much easier to parse and understand each change.
