MX Master: Support configuration of thumb wheel sensitivity and direction

Logitech Options on Windows has a slider to control the thumb wheel sensitivity, and toggle to choose whether the direction of the thumb wheel should be inverted. Both options have defaults that are less than great. In particular, the sensitivity is so low that the thumb wheel becomes useless, so it would be nice to be able to configure these from Solaar.
