Adding a "Consulting" category

A very useful addition to the site would probably be a "Consulting" category where projects can find more resources or actually hire a consultant to work. Loosely defined the category would be:

• People who regularly write articles specific to diversity & inclusion in free & open source
• People who projects or companies can hire to improve in that area

Possible candidates to link there are:

• Otter Tech – Diversity and Inclusion Consulting by @sagesharp
• Frame Shift Consulting – More than just "checking the box" on diversity and inclusion in tech by @vaurora
• Programming Diversity – Beyond the Pipeline by @ashedryden
• Creating Inclusion and Diversity Resources by @thefoxis (seems inactive)
