CDN-requirements.md

 The following are some requirements in addition to the purely technical requirements (for those, see [the docs](http://docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/installation.html#notes-about-shared-installations)).
 
-* access logs

     * in particular, referrer data
 * access to the MathJax files on the CDN origin
     * for releases and beta testing
     * for security updates 
+    * currently we use a folder structure; a multi-container structure could be an alternative.
 * ability to keep the `cdn.mathjax.org` CNAME 
-    * a bonus would be https at that location
