* to upload releases (beta testing could be done elsewhere)

* for security updates

* currently we use a folder structure; a multi-container structure could be an alternative.

* control over TTL
|

* a sufficient structure for versioning (currently we use a folder structure but a multi-container structure could be an alternative.)

* ability to keep the `cdn.mathjax.org` CNAME
