Description
I saw that there are two README files for Portuguese from Portugal and Portuguese from Brasil, and in the <img> tag of Portuguese of Portugal, the title attribute specifies Portugal according to the flag but in Portuguese of Brasil it does not.
So I'm adding this specification.
