Multiple states highlighting on the map

Describe the bug Multiple states are highlighted on the map.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hover on a state entry in the table.
2. Go to map and open district view by clicking on any state.
3. Go back by pressing back button.

Expected behavior At max, a single state should be highlighted.
