States vs Union Territories

Describe the bug The home page shows data by "state" when showing data for "Ladak", "Jammu and Kashmir", "Delhi" etc.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home page, see the political map of India.

Expected behavior Should say "State and Union Territories"

Screenshots Trivial so not including.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 10.13
• Browser: Firefox

Additional context This is important because there's a difference in governments of UTs and their respective powers. It'll be better if it is clear that it is a UT instead of a state.
