typing inside search input is not visible in essential page in dark mode

Describe the bug typing inside search input is not visible because of dark color same as background color.

To Reproduce go to https://www.covid19india.org/essentials, click search btn, start typing into search input make sure to be in dark mode.

Expected behavior color should be visible inside input to see what user is typing.

Screenshots i don't know whether you are able to see i have typed fund Desktop (please complete the following information):

common bug in all devices, browser, and all versions.
