Was looking at reproducing #508 (closed) and came across a few minor things.
- Grabbed the latest version of the bootstap script from the https://github.com/github/scripts-to-rule-them-all
- Fixed a few minor Liquid template issues when running the latest Jekyll/GH-pages gem
- Updated the _config because
gemsis now calledplugins
