Links on project readme do not work?

Hello, I was trying to access contributor documentation, code of conduct, etc links on the project's README.md, but all of them are 404ing: https://github.com/a11yproject/a11yproject.com/blob/main/README.md

The link paths themselves are things like coc but actually lead to locations like https://github.com/a11yproject/a11yproject.com/blob/main/coc, which are locations that do not exist. Are these meant to link to the website instead?
