[JAVA][Rest-assured] Added "Context" class for utils constants

Description of the PR

Hi, I just have added Context class into mustache which combines list of tags, summary, notes and isDeprecated flag. If somebody needs more it can be easily added into Context class. An addinional plus will be flexible instrument for dealing with context in auto-tests. The simplest consumer might be:

public class LogContext implements Consumer<Context> {

    @Override
    public void accept(Context context) {
        context.getNotes().ifPresent(System.out::println);
        context.getSummary().ifPresent(System.out::println);
        context.getIsDeprecated().ifPresent(System.out::println);
    }
}

Moreover it is also possible to attach the context information to report via consumer in config.
