This adds explicit proper handling of allOf for the typescript-redux-query generator, generating an interface that extends all the allOf entries, and implements the necessary ToJSON/FromJSON functions as well.

Run the shell script(s) under ./bin/ (or Windows batch scripts under.\bin\windows) to update Petstore samples related to your fix.
