[python-experimental] turns on allOf unit test cases

Turns on allOf unit test cases for the unit test spec and tests them in python-experimental

Fixes a bug where AnyType composed schemas omitted validations like multipleOf Fixes a bug where properties and requiredProperties in AnyType schemas were omitted Stops storing multipleOf value in a list
