[BUG] [Java] [JaxRS] readOnly/writeOnly not respected in jackson annotation

Description
The attribute parameters readOnly
and writeOnly
are ignored when generating jackson JsonProperty
annotation.

instead of
@JsonProperty("{{baseName}}")
