i#3274: increase syscall_pwait test robustness

Merged Hendrik Greving requested to merge i3274-syscalls_pwait-android into master

The patch removes sending an unnecessary signal and prevents the signal from being merged, increasing robustness. The test is now expected to pass on Android.
