add classic reuse distance tool to drmemtrace suite

We have a preliminary reuse distance tool that operates on memory traces but it is computing statistics vs a threshold. This issue covers creating a tool that computes more traditional data from a trace: a stack distance histogram and statistics (mean, stddev).
