This PR moves TODO and Issues from AIMSICDDbAdapter.java into #734 for much more cleanness.
@larsgrefer, there are still a huge number of commented out TODO and cruft in this file. Would you please have a look if you can fix any of the things mentioned in the commented out TODOs and possibly further clean up this file? Thank you for giving it a thorough look-through. Happy New Year, buddy!
