Remove DBTableColumnIds.java and re-insert constants in Db adapter

Transparency has been totally lost in latest DB update (overhaul) PR. We need to re-insert all the DB constants in clear-text into the AIMSICDDbAdapter.java file and remove DBTableColumnIds.java.
